Beckons is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager for Southern Ocean Lodge to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience across departments. You will lead and support the team, stepping in where needed to maintain exceptional service standards in a lodge setting.
You will coordinate front office, housekeeping and F&B;, handle guest enquiries and feedback, and uphold presentation and service benchmarks.
