What you'll do

- Engage with potential candidates and build relationships to understand their career aspirations and how they align with Envitia's mission.
- Participate in community-building activities, including networking events and workshops, to promote Envitia as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of engaging content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process and ensuring timely communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Support onboarding processes for recent hires, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed from day one.




- Foster a sense of community among candidates and employees through regular engagement and feedback initiatives.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are represented.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and other recruitment events to promote Envitia and attract top talent.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding strategies that highlight Envitia's unique offerings and work environment.

Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or data sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to contribute to team success.

Nice to have





- Experience in employer branding or community engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of data and technology trends relevant to our industry.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
- Previous experience in organizing events or workshops.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
