The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Internal Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be a critical resource, combining your engineering knowledge with sales expertise to support the delivery of tailored HVAC solutions that meet customer needs.

You will collaborate closely with our sales team , consultants, and all customers to ensure we satisfy their requirements whilst offering a suitable product from within our product range and focus on maintaining solid relationships and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

- Collaborating with the sales team to increase sales across your allocated region.
- Designing and selecting equipment and generating quotes that meet both sales and margin targets.
- Acting as a technical resource, providing engineering expertise, and offering product specifications.
- Leveraging CRM systems to optimize sales processes and ensure deep customer insights.




- Participating in sales planning activities, product launches, and strategic forecasting.
- Supporting a culture of safety, inclusion, and technical excellence.

About you

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in internal sales or technical applications (HVAC&R; industry preferred).
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
