About the role

We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. Your typical day will include:

Decorating celebration cakes to customer specifications

Filling and icing eclairs, cream puffs and sponge cakes

Preparing vanilla slices, fruit tarts and petit fours





Decorating mousse cakes, mud cakes and cream cakes

Producing biscuits, slices and savoury products including pies and sausage rolls

Working with soft fondant, royal icing and plastic icing

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Monday to Friday

6:00am - 2:00pm.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a commercial Kitchen

Excellent attention to detail

A creative eye and passion for cake decorating

The ability to work well within a team

A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic

Pride in producing quality products

Full working rights in Australia
