What You’ll Do

Join our Data Systems & Automation team and report directly to the Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Specialist, where you'll support an enterprise D365 CE platform that underpins a wide range of business functions across SEMPHN.

You will:

- Support a mature D365 CE environment used across the organisation, with solutions supporting provider relationship management, referrals, internal service requests, reporting and other business functions.
- Investigate and resolve D365 application issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Support end users through troubleshooting, guidance and training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and solutions.

About You

- 1-3 years' experience supporting D365 CE.
- Experience working with Dataverse.
- Experience configuring D365 CE, including tables, forms, views or business rules.




- Robust business analysis skills with the ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Experience investigating and resolving D365 application issues.
- Experience providing business-as-usual support to end users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while recognising when to escape issues appropriately.
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps would be highly regarded.
