We’re expanding our team and seeking experienced Support Workers with a passion for working alongside participants with complex care needs.

About Us

About the Role

You will be supporting participants in their homes and community settings, helping them reach their goals and maintain independence.

This may include:

- Providing personal care and complex health supports, including PEG feeding, medication assistance, and other high-intensity support tasks.
- Supporting participants with mental health needs by promoting emotional well-being, encouraging positive coping strategies, assisting with behavioural support plans where required, building confidence and independence, monitoring changes in mental health, and providing compassionate, person-centred support while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Assisting with community access, transportation, and social and recreational participation to reduce social isolation and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Helping with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, household tasks,



meal preparation, and establishing and maintaining daily routines.
- Delivering compassionate, respectful, and individualized support while promoting participants' dignity, safety, independence, and overall quality of life at all times.

Shifts are available across Melbournes South East.

About You

You are empathetic, reliable, and confident in working with participants with higher or more complex needs. You understand the importance of structure, consistency, and communication in creating a safe and positive environment.

Requirements

- Experience supporting people with autism and/or complex health needs.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check (Employee).
- Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification (preferred).
