What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our committed clinical team, you’ll provide safe, respectful, and person-centred care across:

Person-Centred Care —
Demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care by delivering evidence-based nursing practice that respects each patient’s individual needs, preferences, wellbeing, and goals within your scope of practice.

Clinical Support & Care Delivery —
Provide evidence-based nursing care through the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of planned care approaches that are outcome-focused and responsive to patient needs.

Monitoring & Escalation —
Apply sound clinical judgement, specialised nursing knowledge, and experience to monitor patient conditions, recognise changes in health status, and escalation concerns to support safe and effective care outcomes.

Consumer Engagement —
Actively involve patients, families, and carers in decision-making processes, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences, values, and healthcare needs.

Teamwork & Collaboration —
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share clinical expertise, and contribute to positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Quality & Compliance —
Practice in accordance with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse,



integrating specialised clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice while contributing to continuous quality improvement and qualified standards.

What You Bring

- Bachelor of Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Post Acute care, Transition Care, Palliative Care (desirable) and as a sole practitioner
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Sound clinical judgement, attention to detail, and accountability in practice
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Understanding of professional standards, legislation, and safe work practices
