At least three years of business support, executive assistant, personal assistant or similar administrative experience.

Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Show how you used these tools to coordinate calendars and meetings, prepare accurate documents, track information, present updates or support collaboration. Name the tools you used and explain the practical result.
Building effective stakeholder relationships. Choose an example involving leaders, colleagues, suppliers or another business area. Explain how you understood their needs, communicated clearly, followed through on commitments and supported a shared outcome.
Managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Describe a period when several urgent tasks arrived at once. Explain how you assessed priority, confirmed expectations, tracked progress and kept the right people informed while maintaining accuracy.
ServiceNow experience is desirable. If you have used ServiceNow, explain how you triaged, allocated, tracked or resolved requests. If your experience is with another request-management system, describe the transferable workflow accurately without claiming ServiceNow experience.
