About the Role:

We have three Oven Production Worker positions available across our day, afternoon and night shifts.

These positions operate on a rotating roster that includes weekend work. Regular availability on Saturdays and Sundays is essential.

As an Oven Production Worker, you will be hands‑on throughout the production process,



helping create our muesli and snack products. From mixing granola and bar ingredients to monitoring oven temperatures, you will help ensure every batch is baked consistently and achieves the perfect finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Mixing, blending and baking, our tasty muesli products
- Loading raw ingredients into mixers
- Operating mixers, kettles and controlling oven using oven computer and controls
- Keeping an eye on quality so everything’s just right
- Setting and configuring production machinery
- Operate forklift to shift bulk ingredients
- Helping with end‑of‑shift handovers to the next team
- Following all safety guidelines (because we care about our team!)

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a go‑getter with a “can‑do” attitude who loves a good challenge. You’ve got some solid experience in manufacturing, and you’re all about the details. Here’s what else we’re after:

- 2+ years as an oven operator or similar role
- 3+ years in a food production environment
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken
- A current driver’s license and forklift license
- The ability to juggle tasks and stay organised
- A positive, professional vibe with a knack for working in a team
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (nothing too fancy!)
