Membership Officer – 6-Week Temporary Contract

Hourly Rate: $40 Per Hour + Super

Contract: 6 weeks, with potential to extend

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Positions:

- 1 x Full-Time (Temporary)
- 1 x Part time (Tuesday & Thursday) (Temporary)

We are currently seeking Membership Officers to join a well-known AFL organisation during a busy membership renewal period.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and will play an important role in supporting members throughout the renewal period, with a strong focus on member retention and delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

This is a busy and high-volume position where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for managing a large volume of member enquiries across email and phone, helping members with their queries and supporting membership renewals.

- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls




- Handling and responding to a large volume of email enquiries
- Assisting members with their membership enquiries and requests
- Supporting member retention and membership renewals

About You

- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, membership or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Archtics is highly desirable
- Confidence handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
