$150mil High End Apartments with Double Basement within 5km of CBD

$160K - $220K+

Project tendered and won based on current rates (set up for success)

All RDOs are days off

Cashed up established business, invoices paid on time

Strong relationships with quality trades and consultants

Lots of support, experienced Site Manager, SPM, other Supervisors and several Coordinators

Additional support from roaming Construction Manager & GM

Flat management structure, open door mentality, always easily contactable

Good pipeline of tenders for upcoming work. at least 3 years secure in front of you

Long term opportunity - many staff of 15-20+ years within business

You must be/have

- Relevant 3+ years local experience on Commercial / Multi Res projects

- Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification

- Autonomous and reliable

- A detail-oriented person

- Have a stable career history

- Driven, energetic, passionate, and hardworking

- Friendly, respectful and good communication with all sorts of people

- Able to turn up to work with a positive attitude every day and compliment not negate from a good team
