This role will see you join an established property team and take ownership of day-to-day building operations, contractor management and stakeholder engagement across a landmark asset.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a premium commercial asset while maintaining robust service delivery standards and compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing building operations and contractor performance
- Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance programs




- Monitoring compliance, risk and statutory requirements
- Managing service contracts and operational budgets
- Coordinating capital works and tenant fit-out projects
- Building strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous Facilities Management experience within commercial property
- Strong knowledge of building services, contractor management and compliance
- Experience managing operational and maintenance budgets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Relevant property, facilities management or building-related qualifications (desirable)
