About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator to work within our Strategy and Impact division (Marketing team).

This role plays a key part in growing Scope’s supporter base and strengthening donor relationships through the delivery of integrated fundraising campaigns that drive acquisition, retention and engagement. Working across a variety of channels, you will coordinate campaign activity, manage supporter communications and contribute to fundraising initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for people with disability.

You will manage multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, reporting and campaign delivery from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating end-to-end fundraising campaigns across digital and direct marketing channels, including appeals and supporter communications.
- Managing campaign schedules, stakeholder inputs, approvals and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Supporting initiatives that attract new donors and deepen engagement with existing supporters.




- Maintaining and updating supporter information within CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Undertaking audience segmentation, list management and campaign preparation activities.
- Monitoring campaign performance and assisting with reporting on supporter engagement, fundraising outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to source impact stories and content that bring fundraising campaigns to life.
- Working with suppliers, agencies and service partners to deliver campaign activities.
- Providing coordination support for fundraising initiatives, supporter activities and financial administration processes, including month-end reporting and campaign revenue tracking.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance, supporter experiences and fundraising processes.

Your Key Focus

This role would suit a highly organised coordinator who enjoys balancing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, data management and campaign execution.

You Will Bring

- Solid project and campaign coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confidence engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A data-driven approach, including experience working with segmentation, reporting and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across campaign and supporter information.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for turning supporter stories into compelling campaign content.
- The ability to identify and develop engaging impact stories that connect supporters to Scope’s purpose.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.




- Adaptability and resilience when working in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines.
- Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

What We Look For

- Experience in fundraising, marketing, campaign coordination or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects or campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems. Salesforce experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of reporting and campaign performance metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, supporter journeys and campaign management.
- Experience working with donor databases, audience segmentation and supporter communications.
- Experience supporting financial reporting activities, including reconciliation, campaign revenue tracking or month-end processes.
- Marketing, communications or related tertiary qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
