Gewürzhaus is a Melbourne-grown, family-owned retailer with a growing national network of stores and online sales. We mill and blend over 100 bespoke spice, salt, sugar and tea blends for our self-scoop concept stores, supported by high-quality home and gift wares.

We are opening a brand-recent store in the beautiful town of Berry and are looking for experienced passionate retailers to join our team in store leadership and sales assistant positions.

About our Store Manager Role

Our Store Manager delivers on our mission to create inspiration and nurture cooking at home through genuine, knowledgeable customer service, engagement with their community and an incredible retail experience for every customer. They take ownership in maintaining quality standards across all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, store presentation, daily operations and achieving their weekly store budgets.

Who we are looking for

You have 4-5 years retail management experience.

You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen.

Creating incredible customer experiences in a vibrantretail environment is your ideal workplace.

You have a positive, can-do outlook& are a natural problemsolver.

Hard work & attention to detail are secondnature.

You are a confident, inspiringleaderwho builds a cohesive team.

You are an excellent communicator, organiser anddelegator.
