About the Role:

We're looking for a Key Account Support Coordinator to join our Sales team, supporting our National Account Manager - Personal Care & Wellness across the Grocery channel. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role at the centre of our Grocery business - you'll own the forecasting process, manage trade spend and claims end-to-end, and be the go-to person keeping our customer portals, promotions and product data accurate and on time.

If you've got FMCG experience across Woolworths, Coles or Independent grocery, love being organised, and want a role where your work directly shapes business results, this one's for you.Whilst this role is full time, we are open to shaping it to part time for the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

- Owning the forecast process from start to finish, hitting agreed accuracy targets
- Supporting the Account Manager with promotional program execution - portal submissions, activity analysis and reporting
- Managing the claims process end-to-end, working closely with Account Management and Commercial Finance
- Partnering with Operations & Customer Logistics to keep service levels on track and get ahead of supply issues
- Keeping product data, portals and paperwork accurate - new lines, pricing forms, reviews
- Working alongside merchandisers and brokers to keep ranging and in-store activity on point

What you'll bring:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented FMCG professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Comfortable managing data and systems they will bring the commercial curiosity to turn numbers into insights, work well independently, communicate clearly, and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent.

Essential experience/qualifications:

- 2+ years' experience in a sales support/coordination role across key Grocery accounts (Woolworths, Coles or Independent)
- A proactive, highly organised approach - you manage your own workload with confidence
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team-player mindset
- Comfort working with market data to spot opportunities and track performance
- Experience with tools like Circana, Quantium or Unify is a bonus, not a must
- Proficient with data management systems and customer portals
