Position Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant to join our team full-time.
You’ll be a key contributor in ensuring the safe and efficient supply of medications — from routine dispensing to specialised therapies such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications, fertility treatments and oncology products.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and wants exposure to more than traditional pharmacy work.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense medications under pharmacist supervision.
Support current workflow processes
Assist with inventory management, stock organisation, and expiry control
Assist with medication orders, clinical logistics, and patient enquiries
Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and clinics to ensure seamless patient care
Pharmacy Administrator – Pharmacy Assistants:
Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Work closely with customers and telehealth providers to ensure smooth order processing
Support compliance with pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Pharmacy assistant level I up to level IV
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time-management
Ability to work autonomously and handle high-volume workflows
Comfortable working under pressure
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving processes
Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
Enjoys teamwork and contributing to a positive workplace culture
