We now have an exciting chance for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the team!

Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner’s (HRBP), overall responsibility is to align the organisation’s people with business strategies. They are a strategic partner and change agent for the business; responsible for the full suite of human resource functions. This includes:



culture & employment engagement; coaching & consulting the leadership team; optimising organisational design; managing employee relations and performance management processes; development of policies and procedures; being up to date with employment legislation.

This permanent fulltime position has become available, as the existing senior human resources business partner transfers to a casual role. The company has a well-defined organisational and HR framework, supported by policies, procedures and processes; a thorough induction process will be provided to the successful candidate.

- 38 hours per week
- Competitive Salary – range of $115,000 to $125,000 dependent on experience
