St Joseph Catholic College, East Gosford is currently seeking an experienced Senior School Services Officer for a permanent full-time prospect. This position remunerates at a Level 6 under our Enterprise Agreement.

Specific Criteria

- Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
- Ability to demonstrate a 'customer-focused' approach
- Be highly organised and show attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders
- Experience in a busy, dynamic office setting
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Word, Publisher and Excel)




- Experience with Google Chrome Applications
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, supported by bookkeeping/accounting experience and an ability to understand Financial Reports
- Assist with advertising on social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in TechOne, Receipting, Compass
