The Role:

We are seeking a skilledEstimator to work from ourbrand-new design studio in Labrador . You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential renovation projects
- Analyse project specifications and provide accurate pricing
- Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and trades
- Assist with budget planning and project cost control
- Collaborate with the design and project management team
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications,



and site measurements

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience inestimating within the renovation or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of materials, labour costs, and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fergus & Cabinet vision experience will help your application, but not required.
