We are looking for an organised and proactive Production & Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day flow of garment printing and production. From approved work through to DTF production, heat pressing, quality control, packing and dispatch.
This is a hands-on position based in our Kingsgrove production facility. You'll prepare production files, operate our equipment, maintain production schedules, manage warehouse operations and ensure every order leaves accurately, on time and to the highest quality standard.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Production & Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day flow of garment printing and production. From approved work through to DTF production, heat pressing, quality control, packing and dispatch.
This is a hands-on position based in our Kingsgrove production facility. You'll prepare production files, operate our equipment, maintain production schedules, manage warehouse operations and ensure every order leaves accurately, on time and to the highest quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production files and maintain customer approval records.
- Operate DTF printer and heat press equipment.
- Schedule and prioritise production to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Perform quality control on finished garments, prints, packaging and freight.
- Receive deliveries, pick and pack orders,
manage inventory and warehouse organisation.
- Complete routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Process online orders into production and monitor them through to dispatch.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and future embroidery and DTG production.
About You
You'll be reliable, organised and take genuine pride in producing quality work. You enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, can manage competing priorities and communicate proactively when issues arise.
Experience in the following is highly regarded:
- DTF printing
- Garment heat pressing
- Apparel decoration
- Warehouse and inventory management
- Print production
We will also consider applicants with strong production or manufacturing experience who have transferable skills and the willingness to learn.
