Service Manager - Before and After School Care

An exciting chance has become available at our Sturt Public School location. We are recruiting a Service Manager. Job Description This is a permanent, Fulltime Service Manager role offering 38 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You’ll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting a team of dedicatedEducators within your school.
- Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care & vacation care.
- Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
- Working closely with our local Services Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
- A fun, inclusive, and enriching safe environment for children.

What we’re looking for:

You’re a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

- Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!).
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
- A commitment to putting children and families first.
- A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
