You’ll drive performance, own KPIs, lead with safety front of mind, and bring a strong commercial and visual eye to the shop floor. DFO experience is a bonus, but proven retail leadership is a must.

Qualifications & Experience

- Retail store management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
