As we continueto grow, we are seeking an experienced, values-driven Team Leaders to overseethe daily operations of residential care hubs in the Darling Downs region.

About the Role

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the dailyoperations of multiple residential sites, ensuring services are deliveredsafely, professionally and in accordance with legislative and organisationalrequirements.

You will provide hands-on leadership to frontline staff,oversee quality service delivery, support the implementation of individual careplans and contribute to achieving positive outcomes for children and youngpeople.

This role combines direct operational leadership withcoaching, compliance oversight and relationship management with internal andexternal stakeholders.

About You

You are a Team Leader, Youth Worker or Residential Careprofessional with experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.





You remain calm under pressure, communicate confidently and a passionate about helping young people reach their potential.

Skills & Knowledge

You will bring:

- Demonstratedexperience working within community, disability, youth residential care orchild protection.
- Previousexperience leading, training or supervising staff.
- Strongunderstanding of trauma-informed practice.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Strongorganisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Abilityto manage competing priorities within a dynamic setting.
- Highlevels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.

Will hold and maintain:

- Diplomain Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or a related discipline.
- CurrentBlue Card
- CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- CurrentDrivers Licence
- CurrentFirst Aid and CPR Certification.
