We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who loves being on the floor, leading by example and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to build a great team, influence how the venue operates and deliver exceptional hospitality, backed by the support of Redcape Hospitality.

Rosa Italian is a boutique coastal restaurant in the heart of Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, serving authentic Italian food in a relaxed, welcoming setting. With a small team, every shift matters. We're looking for someone with a big personality who loves being front and centre, builds genuine connections with guests and can confidently run the venue while creating a great atmosphere for both the team and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue
- Lead front of house service across lunch and dinner
- Coach, support and develop your team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every service
- Manage rosters, stock and labour costs
- Work closely with Redcape leadership to continually improve performance

What We're Looking For

- An engaging, hands-on leader with a solid floor presence
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Restaurant Supervisor in a busy restaurant environment
- The ability to run a venue independently and take ownership of results
- A passion for developing people and delivering exceptional hospitality
- A commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance
- A current RSA certificate
