Experienced Microvellum Draftsperson (Cabinetmaking)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Microvellum Draftsperson who can step straight into the role and make an immediate impact.

This is not a junior or trainee position. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, production-ready drawings, working closely with our factory team to ensure every design is practical, buildable, and efficient.

If you have a robust understanding of cabinetry and can confidently take a project from concept through to manufacture, we’d like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working closely with production to ensure asmooth and efficient workflow
- Interpreting plans and resolving design details independently
- Identifying and resolvingdesign and production issues early
- CreatingCNC cutting lists, material lists, and shop drawings
- Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all projects

What We're Looking For

- Minimum3+ years' experienceusing Microvellum or similar in a cabinetmaking environment
- Strong, practical understanding ofcabinetmaking / joinery construction methods
- Proven ability to produceaccurate production drawings
- Confident interpretation of design documentation




- High level ofattention to detail and problem-solving ability

You'll Stand Out If You Have

- Previousexperience in cabinetmaking or working in a production team
- Ability to help implement processes for design to production, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills when working withour in-house team
- Previous experience setting up custom Microvellum parametric library objects to aid with fast job setup
