Drain Maintenance Technician (HR Driver) - Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated Drain Maintenance Technician or HR-licensed driver keen to learn to join our dedicated team in Scoresby, Victoria.

In this full time role, you’ll play an essential part in maintaining drainage infrastructure using advanced Combo (Vac/Jet) equipment. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Operate Combo (Vac/Jet) units for drain maintenance and cleaning

Diagnose and clear blockages, clogs, and other drainage issues

Perform high-pressure water jetting to remove debris and restore flow

Record job details and complete accurate service reports

Follow strict safety and environmental procedures

Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in drain maintenance or related industry preferred - but not essential

Two years’ experience in HR Driving,



Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence required

HR licence must be obtained before starting if not currently held

A safety-first mindset with a strong environmental focus

Strong communication and documentation skills

Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn

Legal work rights in Australia required
