About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Part time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team and support the front of shop operations. This role offers regular shifts on Thursday and Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am to 5:00pm), providing an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service in a community-focused pharmacy environment.

Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.




- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You

You will:

- Previous community pharmacy experience is advantageous
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
- S2S3 Certification preferred but not essential, training provided
