We are working with our client in Western Sydney who manufacture Animal Healthcare solutions. Looking for a reliable warehouse administrator to join their team.
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the warehouse and logistics team to ensure the productive movement of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely customer deliveries. Working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments, transport providers, and warehouse personnel.
Based in Western Sydney - Glendenning
Salary: Depending on experience
Monday - Friday
7am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders,
dispatch paperwork, and transport documentation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with transport providers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/WMS system.
- Process goods receipts, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Prepare delivery dockets, invoices, manifests, and shipping labels.
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Monitor warehouse documentation to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance regarding order status and inventory availability.
- Maintain accurate warehouse reports, KPIs, and daily operational records.
- Assist with scheduling warehouse activities and coordinating courier collections.
- Respond to customer and supplier enquiries relating to deliveries and stock availability.
- File and maintain warehouse records in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with workplace health and safety, GMP, and company quality standards.

Skills & Experience Needed
- Experience using SAP-B1
- Experience within Pharmaceutical warehousing
- GMP Experience Needed
- Dangerous Goods experience - advantageous
- Need to be able to work in cold environments
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics administration, or inventory administration role.
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of transport documentation and freight coordination.
