Alignerr is seeking PhD-level Applied Physicists to craft advanced physics challenges and evaluate AI model reasoning from a physics perspective. You will design open-ended problems across quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and electrodynamics, and author gold-standard solutions with rigorous derivations.

No prior AI experience is required; deep physics knowledge and explicit English communication are essential.
