The Health and Safety Business Partner provides strategic and operational health and safety leadership across operations and functional areas, partnering with leaders and frontline teams. The role will foster a proactive safety culture while strengthening critical risk management and organisational capabilities through ownership and influence across the organisation.
You will support a portfolio across the Region, balancing operational priorities with strategic health and safety initiatives to drive positive business outcomes., As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates may be required to -

About the Candidate
- * Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety
- * Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and coach across all levels of the business
- * Demonstrated experience in incident investigation methodologies (ICAM)
- * Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and critical risk controls
- * Considerable experience in a safety role within manufacturing, processing or heavy industry
Desirable
- * Sugar industry experience
- * Lead Auditor qualification
- * Experience with Power BI or Tableau
