The Dubbo RSL Club Group is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Marketing Assistant to help showcase our eight unique venues across regional New South Wales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!

This position is based in Dubbo and is flexible to suit either full/part time or casual for a excellent work life balance.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who has:

- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and content creation.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Experience creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels would be a bonus, however further training will be provided.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
- Confidence speaking on camera and appearing in video content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- The ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative marketing ideas.
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to working within a team.

About the Role

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to help promote and grow the Dubbo RSL Club Group by:

- Assisting with the marketing and promotion of our eight unique venues.
- Creating engaging social media content, photography,



and video across all venues.
- Designing promotional material for both print and digital platforms.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Helping maintain each venue's unique brand identity while ensuring consistency across the Club Group.
- Capturing content at events, promotions, and community activities.
- Monitoring social media engagement and contributing ideas to improve performance.
- Working closely with venue managers to understand their goals and create tailored marketing initiatives.
- Supporting the Marketing Coordinator with day-to-day marketing activities and special projects.

- Dubbo RSL Aquatic & Health Club
- Club Lake Cathie
- Wingham Services Club

Each venue has its own personality, audience, and objectives, giving you the opportunity to create unique and engaging campaigns across a variety of industries, including hospitality, accommodation, fitness, entertainment, and community events.
