The Regional Sales Manager – Dubbo and Narromine Region is responsible for driving sales growth, new business, and branch sales performance across our Dubbo and Narromine branches.

This role is not just about looking after existing customers. The core focus is to be out in the market, finding recent opportunities, growing existing accounts, winning new customers, and increasing the overall sales performance of both branches.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of sales growth across the region, work closely with both branch teams, and ensure Dubbo and Narromine are actively chasing new business, improving customer relationships, and achieving sales results to budget.

This role will also provide full sales performance oversight for both branches, including sales to budget, margin performance, customer growth, quote conversion, product performance, and account development.

The role works closely with the Branch Operations Managers to ensure the branches are aligned on sales focus, customer service, staff development, and business growth.
