The Role

Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor and working within the Resident Services Team, this role is focused on providing exceptional front-of-house service, ensuring every interaction with residents and their guests is warm, helpful, and professional.

Key Responsibilities





Deliver friendly and professional front desk and concierge service

Monitor and maintain the presentation of the lobby and common areas

Manage incoming and outgoing parcels and mail

Coordinate bookings for resident amenities (wellness areas, dining rooms, etc.)

Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs

Provide local area guidance and lifestyle recommendations

Conduct daily inspections of shared spaces and report maintenance issues

Escalate any resident concerns to building management as needed

Ensure compliance with all building procedures and OC guidelines

The successful candidate will have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly, polished presence and a proactive approach to service

Strong attention to detail and building presentation standards

Ability to remain calm and professional in quick-paced environments

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Barista or food & beverage experience (advantageous)

RSA certification or willingness to obtain

Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling resident matters
