We are looking for a motivated and reliable Powder Coater / Sand Blaster / Industrial Painter to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

About the Role
As part of our production team, your duties will include:
- Surface preparation of steel and metal products using abrasive blasting equipment.
- Powder coating a variety of metal products to a high-quality finish.
- Industrial spray painting and application of protective coatings (where required).
- Preparing steel, stainless steel and aluminium for coating.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operating and maintaining blasting and coating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Completing basic production paperwork.
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organized work environment.
- Assisting with general workshop duties as required.
- Loading and unloading trucks and materials as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in powder coating, sandblasting, industrial painting or a similar role.
- Experience working with steel or fabricated metal products (highly regarded).
- A strong commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Physical fitness to undertake manual handling tasks.
- A current Forklift License (LF) is advantageous but not essential.
- A current driver's License and reliable transport.
