UnitingCare Hospitals in Brisbane seeks a Clinical Competency Design Lead to drive the design, standardisation and implementation of clinical competency frameworks across our hospital network, including The Wesley Hospital, St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital and more.

You will lead collaboration with educators, clinical experts and QA teams to develop evidence-based competency systems, embed them in Grow LMS, and ensure ongoing governance, assessment and sustainability across multiple sites.
