Head of Network Operations & Maintenance

The Company is seeking a Head of Network Operations and Maintenance to join their team. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the protected and reliable delivery of water services to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of network operations and core business maintenance delivery functions, including both reactive and proactive civil, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.

The role involves shaping and executing the long-term asset management strategy, driving a culture of safety, reliability, and efficiency, and overseeing a substantial frontline workforce. The Head of Network Operations and Maintenance will also be involved in influencing policy, managing risk, and contributing at both the board and executive leadership levels.
