About theRole
Thisrole is responsible for providing technical guidance and support tothe Administration Officers. You will play a key role in supportingthe Infrastructure and Operations Division, working closely withthe leadership team.
Youwill act as a central point of contact for the division, providetechnical guidance to administration officers, support continuousimprovement of systems and processes, and ensure administrativefunctions such as customer requests, Councillor requests, insuranceclaims, procurement activities, work orders, records management,correspondence, reporting and scheduling are managed accurately,efficiently and in line with Council standards.
Aboutyou
Ourideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in anadministration role, supporting a multi-disciplinary team alongwith expertise in an administrative, financial, legal or analyticaldiscipline. Ideally you will have qualifications commensurate withCertificate IV in Business or similar competency.
Youwill have experience developing the skills and knowledge of otherswithin a team environment, excellent customer service skills anddesirably proficiency in council products including but not limitedto, ECM/CES/Marvel/Property and Rating.
Youwill require a “C” class drivers licence and must be willing toundertake duties in various council work locations and teamsthroughout the Infrastructure and Operations Division asrequired.
