You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative healthcare setting.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to provide secure, patient-centred nursing care.
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an outpatient, ambulatory care, procedural, medical, surgical, or acute care setting will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering high standards of quality, safety and patient experience.
- Sound clinical judgement and the ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning, professional development and evidence-based practice.
- A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine commitment to Mater's values and mission.
- A passion for contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the Outpatients Department.
