The Lumiere Foundation is seeking experienced Youth Workers to support children and young people living in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC). This casual role offers adaptable shifts and competitive hourly rates starting from a casual rate of AUD 50.61 per hour, plus penalties under the SCHADS award.

You will work on-site with ICCare’s residential services, helping youths build life skills in a safe, structured environment with opportunities for training and development.
