Job Description
Salary: $67,893.11 - $78,903.26 + 12% Superannuation per annum Join a skilled team where your landscaping expertise brings Council's parks, gardens and streetscapes to life. What you'll doAs a Landscape Crew Member, you'll report to the relevant Team Leader and deliver a range of high-quality landscaping services across Council's parks and open spaces, streetscapes, civic areas, parks and roadside gardens. You'll contribute to maintaining and enhancing public spaces to ensure they are safe, visually appealing and maintained in accordance with agreed service levels, customer expectations and community standards.Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll undertake a variety of landscaping and landscape construction activities while operating small to medium-sized plant and maintenance equipment. This includes assisting with the
maintenance and presentation of Council assets while ensuring works are completed efficiently and safely.You'll contribute to a robust Workplace Health and Safety culture by applying safe work practices, participating in training and demonstrating sound judgement in day-to-day operations. What You’ll Need (Essential Criteria)
- Demonstrated experience and interest in landscaping and landscape construction activities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate small to medium size Landscape machinery plant and maintenance equipment excavator, skid steer.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of computer applications, and operating devices including IPads effectively, embracing digital solutions for works activities to enable field productivity and scheduling based systems to facilitate day- to-day operations.

About the Candidate

- Hold a current MR/HR Class drivers' licence, WHS Induction Card.
- Competency qualifications to operate Excavator, Skid Steer
- Other RequirementsComplete immunisation record of Tetanus or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
