We are seeking an experienced and motivated leading hand to lead aluminium shopfitting and glazing projects across Melbourne. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, liaising with builders, managing site teams, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage aluminium shopfitting and glazing installations on site.
- Measure jobs accurately and provide input to the fabrication team.
- Liaise effectively with builders, site managers, and other trades.
- Ensure projects run to schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise and lead site teams to achieve smooth and secure project delivery.
- Solve in office challenges and keep project stakeholders informed.





We're Looking For

- Proven experience in aluminium, shopfitting, glazing, or related fields.
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans, measure accurately, and manage site logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for working with builders and project managers.
- Ability to lead teams, drive site progress, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
