What you’ll do

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring that each phase aligns with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and create a cohesive product vision.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for product launches.
- Utilize data analytics to assess product performance and user engagement, making informed decisions to optimize features and functionalities.
- Gather and prioritize product feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product experience.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members,



sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth within the organization.
- Present product updates and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, articulating the value and impact of product decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Roku remains at the forefront of the streaming market.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and capabilities.
- Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring that the user experience is at the heart of product development efforts.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or media sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer-facing products in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and results-driven.




- Experience with user research methodologies and techniques for gathering customer insights.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to have

- Experience in the streaming or entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams to create user-friendly products.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience working with international teams or in a global market.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and their impact on product success.
