I'm currently partnering with University to recruit an experienced Student Advisor (Accessibility) for a 5-month temporary contract supporting students throughout their university journey.

This is a newly created position within a growing Accessibility team, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact by helping students access the support they need to succeed.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, brings a customer-first mindset, and enjoys working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting student appointments and accessibility assessments
- Developing personalised student support plans
- Managing an ongoing caseload and providing case management support
- Referring students to appropriate internal and external services
- Maintaining accurate case documentation and records
- Collaborating with academic and professional staff to achieve positive student outcomes

To be successful you'll bring:

- Experience in disability services, student support, community services, health, psychology,



social work or case management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong administration and case management experience
- Resilience, empathy and the ability to manage emotionally complex situations
- A proactive, organised and team-oriented approach

Experience within the higher education sector or qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
