We have exciting opportunities for experienced Full-Time Pizza Chefs to join the team at Zaza.

Zaza is a modern pizza bar offering a curated menu of signature pizzas alongside a build-your-own pizza experience featuring fresh, quality ingredients prepared in front of our customers. We’re looking for Pizza Chefs who care about quality, consistency and movement. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their work, and can maintain exceptional standards under pressure.

Experience will include:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a pizza or high-volume commercial kitchen.

Confidence stretching dough and operating commercial electric pizza ovens.

Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, bake quality and consistency.

The ability to work cleanly, efficiently and in an organised manner during busy service periods.

Delivering consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.

Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Working collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing, stretching and baking pizzas to Zaza’s quality standards.

Producing our signature pizza menu with consistency and attention to detail.





Preparing and maintaining the build-your-own toppings bar throughout service.

Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring all stations remain stocked and service-ready.

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Assisting with stock rotation and inventory management.

Upholding Zaza’s food safety, cleanliness and quality standards.

Contributing to a positive team culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful applicant will work a rotating roster across lunch and dinner services, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
