About the Role

Reporting to the National Grape Supply Manager, this role managesVinarchy’sgrower portfolio and coordinates grape supply across the Adelaide Hills.

In this role, you’ll become a trusted partner to growers across the region, building solid relationships that make collaboration easy and meaningful. You’ll spend plenty of time in the vineyard, offering practical guidance on seasonal requirements, fruit quality expectations, and day‑to‑day management. Regular visits will keep you close to what’s happening on the ground, monitoring progress, spotting risks early, and giving growers timely, confident advice when they need it most.

You’ll also play a key part in keeping our internal teams aligned. Clear communication around fruit supply, quality targets,



and harvest planning ensures everyone is working from the same page. During vintage, you’ll help coordinate fruit intake, smoothing out logistics and keeping information flowing so the season runs without unnecessary stress.

Along the way, you’ll capture and report vineyard data that supports forecasting, quality assessments, and continuous improvement across the business. When seasonal challenges arise, you’ll be the proactive problem‑solver growers can rely on.

Above all, you’ll represent our business with professionalism, positivity, and genuine care, strengthening our reputation within the grower community and helping build long‑term partnerships that benefit everyone.

Responsibilities Include

Manage fruit intake and support vintage planning and programming.

Administer grower grape payments, and maintain accurate contract records.

Lead seasonal staff during vintage.

Analyse viticultural data and prepare reports for internal planning and regulatory bodies.

Support the adoption of GIS tools for vineyard mapping and data applications.

Ensure compliance with industry reporting requirements and winery certifications.

Assist with strategic initiatives and process enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring





3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within viticulture or agricultural operations.

Strong practical and technical knowledge of viticulture, with a Diploma (minimum) or Degree (preferred) in Viticulture or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and team leadership.

Commercial acumen and decision‑making capability, with a collaborative and team‑oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GIS platforms such as ESRI/ArcGIS.

Valid Driver’s Licence
