Position Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer to join our team in Bayswater, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards through systematic testing, analysis, and process improvement. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous quality enhancements using the following proven methods:

Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases to validate product functionality and performance





Identify, document, and analyze defects and quality issues with precision, ensuring explicit communication of findings to development teams

Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Monitor and track quality metrics, generating reports that provide actionable insights for process improvement

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to establish and maintain quality standards and best practices

Organize and maintain detailed quality documentation, test results, and compliance records

Perform regression testing and validate fixes to ensure quality standards are consistently met

Participate in design reviews and provide quality feedback to prevent defects early in the development cycle

Analyze trends in quality data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry quality standards applicable to our products

Experience & Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering

Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related quality role

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think systematically

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with quality metrics, data analysis, and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments

Team player with strong work ethic

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

Familiarity with test management software and quality assurance platforms

Experience with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or similar quality frameworks

Experience in an Agile or DevOps environment

Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools
