Mayflower is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Quality and Safety Business Partner to support with operational leadership for Mayflower's Quality Assurance, Clinical Governance, Workforce Capability, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement and Regulatory Compliance programs across Residential Aged Care and Corporate Services.

About the Role
Reporting to the Quality and Capability Manager will play a key role in preparing Mayflower for recertification, strengthening clinical governance, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and building workforce capability through the ongoing development of Mayflower Academy.
Working closely with operational leaders,
you will drive audit and accreditation readiness, oversee incident and complaints governance, coordinate quality reporting, and support the implementation of the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. You will play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of quality, safety, leading the development and ongoing maturity of Mayflower Academy, establishing a contemporary organisational learning culture that promotes workforce capability, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities includeClinical Governance, Quality Assurance, Audits, Accreditation, Regulatory Compliance. You will also focus on complaints, continuous improvements and our internal system - The Mayflower Academy.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
AHPRA Registration
Extensive aged care quality experience
Robust knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024
Experience leading recertification
Highly Desirable
Certificate IV TAE
LMS experience
