Located just south of Melbourne's CBD, our client is seeking an exceptional hospitality leader to take the reins of a landmark, high-volume venue renowned for its premium food and beverage offering, live entertainment, major events and unforgettable guest experiences.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior operational leadership, you'll have full accountability for the performance of a large, multifaceted hospitality destination. From premium dining and vibrant bars to live entertainment, private functions and major events, you'll ensure every part of the business consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences while achieving ambitious commercial outcomes.

Leading a substantial workforce through an experienced management team, you'll drive operational excellence,



develop future leaders and foster a culture built on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

No two days will look the same. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring the venue continues to set the benchmark for hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a large, multi-layered management and operational team.
- Drive financial performance across multiple revenue streams with full P&L; accountability.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, quick-paced environment.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple bars, restaurants, entertainment spaces and event operations.
- Build, coach and develop high-performing leaders while creating clear succession pathways.
- Drive labour productivity, cost control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety and operational excellence.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on teamwork, accountability and service excellence.

About You

You'll be an accomplished hospitality professional with experience leading complex operations and large teams.



You understand the balance between commercial performance, operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences.

You'll bring:

- Senior leadership experience within high-volume hospitality, entertainment or destination venues.
- Experience managing complex, multi-outlet operations.
- Proven success leading large management and operational teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L; management experience.
- Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences across food, beverage, entertainment and events.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A calm, decisive leadership style with the ability to perform under pressure.
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
