About the role In the position of Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing API-driven, event-based integrations that facilitate connectivity across our national systems. Your work will center around our Enterprise Integration Platform (MuleSoft Anypoint Platform), linking essential systems such as ERP, HRIS, Clinical, Rostering, and CRM. You will also support scalability for future growth, acquisitions, and advancements in digital capabilities, including artificial intelligence.

What you'll do

- Design and implement integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with integration strategies.
- Develop and maintain APIs and event-driven architectures to support various business functions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in integration development.

Requirements





- A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API management.
- Strong background in event-driven architecture and microservices.
- Experience with integration patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of additional integration tools and platforms.
- Experience in the healthcare or aged care sector.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
