Casual Retail Assistant – Clarks EASTLAND (VIC)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks EASTLAND.

If you love working with people, have a passion for retail, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect fit, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
- Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
- Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets

What we’re looking for:

- A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills




- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and late trade
- Main days of work but not limited to are, Tuesday, Thursday nights, Saturdays
